New Board of Directors Elected
During the Annual General Assembly on 8 June 2026, members of the Center for Renewable Energy (ZEE) elected a new Board of Directors.
ZEE warmly welcomes Prof. Dr. Marten Hillebrand as a newly elected member of the Board. At the same time, the center is pleased that Prof. Dr. Moritz Diehl and Prof. Dr. Anke Weidlich will continue to serve on the Board, ensuring continuity in the center’s leadership and strategic development.
The Center would also like to express its sincere gratitude to Prof. Dr. Andreas Christen for his dedicated service and valuable contributions to ZEE during his term on the Board of Directors.
The Annual General Assembly provided an opportunity for members to review recent activities, discuss future initiatives, and strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration in renewable energy research at the University of Freiburg.
